Cancellation Policy
How to request cancellation of a prepaid 1313 FOG order.
Before dispatch
Contact customer care as soon as possible with the order number. A cancellation can be approved only while the order can still be stopped before dispatch.
After dispatch
An order that has already been dispatched normally cannot be cancelled. Eligible issues after delivery are handled under the Exchange and Refund Policy.
Cancellation by 1313 FOG
We may cancel an order for unavailable stock, payment or fraud review, an obvious pricing error, an unsupported delivery location or an operational issue. The customer will be notified.
Approved cancellation refunds
A full refund for an approved prepaid cancellation is returned to the original payment method through Razorpay. Bank and payment-provider processing time may apply.
