Dispatch

In-stock paid orders normally leave the warehouse within 24-48 business hours. Orders placed on holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery estimates

Most supported Indian PIN codes receive orders within 3-7 business days after dispatch. Remote locations, weather, public restrictions and carrier disruption can extend this estimate.

Charges and tracking

Shipping charges, discounts, included tax and the final payable amount are displayed before payment. Tracking information appears after the carrier accepts the parcel.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete delivery address and reachable phone number. Contact customer care immediately if an address correction is needed; changes are not guaranteed after dispatch.

Delivery problems

Report a delayed, damaged, tampered or incorrectly marked parcel promptly with the order number and supporting photographs where relevant.
