Using this website

You must provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information and use the website only for lawful personal shopping. Product resale, misuse of the website, attempted fraud and interference with website security are prohibited.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting payment is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only after Razorpay payment verification and order confirmation by 1313 FOG. We may cancel and refund an order affected by unavailable stock, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, an unsupported delivery location or another issue that prevents lawful fulfilment.

Prices, tax and payment

Prices, discounts, included taxes, shipping and the final payable amount are shown before payment. All orders must be paid online through the enabled Razorpay checkout. 1313 FOG does not store complete card, bank or UPI credentials.

Products and availability

We take reasonable care with product descriptions, sizes, colours and photographs. Screen settings, lighting and normal manufacturing tolerances may cause minor differences. Availability is confirmed when the paid order is finalized.

Delivery, cancellation and exchange

The Shipping Policy, Cancellation Policy and Exchange and Refund Policy form part of these terms. Nothing in these policies limits a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

By placing an order with 1313 FOG, you agree to the Terms & Conditions, Exchange and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy.
