We collect account, contact, delivery, order, support and consent records needed to operate the store. We also process limited technical and security data needed to protect accounts, prevent fraud and keep the website reliable.

Payment data

Payments are processed by Razorpay. 1313 FOG stores transaction references and payment status but does not store complete card numbers, bank credentials or UPI PINs.

How data is used

Data is used to authenticate customers, process and deliver orders, issue invoices and refunds, provide support, send requested messages, meet tax and legal obligations, prevent misuse and improve store operations.

Sharing

Necessary data may be shared with payment, delivery, hosting, email, SMS, accounting and support providers acting for these purposes, and with authorities where disclosure is legally required.

Retention and security

Records are retained only as long as reasonably required for orders, support, fraud prevention, tax and legal obligations. Reasonable access controls, encryption and operational safeguards are used, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may ask customer care to access or correct account information, withdraw optional marketing consent, raise a grievance or request deletion where retention is not legally required. Identity verification may be required before acting on a request.
